Job Description

Mint Comfy is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to build and launch our brand new online agency specializing in e-commerce solutions and bookkeeping services.

In this role, you will:

Develop a comprehensive business plan for the online agency, outlining target markets, marketing strategies, and service offerings.
Design and build a user-friendly and informative website showcasing our services and expertise.
Implement an effective marketing strategy to attract e-commerce businesses and clients in need of bookkeeping services.
Establish and manage relationships with key vendors and platforms relevant to e-commerce and bookkeeping.
Develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Demonstrate experience in hiring and onboarding a team to support the agency’s growth.
We are looking for someone who:

Possesses experience building an online agency from the ground up, including website development, marketing strategy, and client acquisition.
Has a proven track record of success in e-commerce marketing and/or bookkeeping services.
Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
Is a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in project management tools and relevant software for e-commerce and bookkeeping (e.g., Shopify, Quickbooks).
Has experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified employees.

Compensation:

Salary starting at $4 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time as the agency grows.
