Title: Airbnb Project Manager #1

POSITION SUMMARY:
Specializing in a blend of short-term, mid-term, and corporate stays in luxury properties, we are seeking an individual to join our team as an Operations & Project Manager with strong Design skills. This role is ideal for someone who can blend project management prowess, and creative design expertise across various stay durations.
This is a part-time role to start with the opportunity for growth based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between property setup, maintenance, and guest services for short-term, mid-term, and corporate stays in our active listings.
Project Management: Lead property setup initiatives, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Interior Design: Utilize your creative skills to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties, making them visually appealing and guest-friendly, catering to the diverse needs of our clientele.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials, furnishings, and decor items for property setup and renovations, adapting designs to suit different stay durations.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure all properties meet our high-quality benchmarks, regardless of the duration of stay.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the owner, fellow team members, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment that accommodates the varying requirements of different stay types.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes, project management methodologies, and design concepts, driving continuous enhancement of our services across short-term, mid-term, and corporate stays.
Guest Experience: Contribute to enhancing the guest experience by implementing creative design elements and ensuring properties are well-maintained, tailored to the unique preferences of different types of guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven progressive experience in operational management within the hospitality or real estate industry, with a track record of success across diverse stay durations is required.
Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, adapting strategies for different types of stays.
Interior Design Background: Formal education or professional experience in interior design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, capable of tailoring designs for short-term, mid-term, and corporate stays.
Vendor Relationships: Experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and sourcing materials, understanding the unique demands of different stay durations.
Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members and external partners, accommodating the varied needs of different guests.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring properties are impeccably designed, well-maintained, and operational, meeting the expectations of short-term, mid-term, and corporate guests.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and property owners, addressing the diverse requirements of different stay types.
Must live in Seattle with your own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
