Omirank is a startup Amazon PPC Agency that specializes in helping businesses optimize their Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales and maximize ROI. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of Amazon PPC campaigns for our clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

* Collaborate with the client success team to understand client objectives, requirements, and timelines.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for Amazon PPC campaigns.
* Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., PPC specialists, copywriters, designers) to allocate resources and ensure timely project delivery.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks to keep projects on track.

2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

* Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project status, updates, and deliverables.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, discuss strategy, and gather feedback.
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Quality Assurance and Optimization:

* Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and agency standards.
* Work closely with PPC specialists to optimize campaign performance based on client feedback and performance data.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

* Generate regular reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
* Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the client success team to develop post-campaign analysis reports for clients, highlighting key learnings and recommendations.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

* Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
* Mentor and coach team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
* Strong understanding of Amazon PPC advertising and the Amazon Seller Central platform.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Clickup
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
