We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of our projects. Key Responsibilities:

Webinar Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of live webinars, including email copy, landing page creation, and advertisements. Ensure that all tasks related to webinars are completed on time and meet quality standards. Collaborate with the team to divide managerial tasks efficiently and make sure that each team member meets deadlines for deliverables.

Curriculum Support: Address any questions or concerns regarding our curriculum. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to handle customer feedback and improvements effectively.

Podcast Oversight: Ensure the podcast’s content and production meet our standards. Coordinate with the copywriter and our podcast manager for copy approval and work closely with the team to maintain a high-quality podcast.

Team Motivation: Utilize your leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment while meeting project deadlines.

Clinic Team Collaboration: Assess opportunities for automation within the clinic team’s processes. Learn how to integrate new templates into our systems for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Social Media Management: Verify that regular weekly social media postings are being maintained. Ensure that our content creator stays on track with the posting schedule.

Email Funnel Analytics: Monthly, gather analytics for email funnels, present them to our copywriter and obtain his suggestions for improvements. Oversee the implementation of copywriter’s suggestions to enhance our email marketing.

Ensure that ads go out on time to market any products, live events or services. Work with team on deadlines and approved budgets

Affiliate Program Management: Establish affiliate links through our curriculum platform, Circle, and reach out to potential affiliates. Implement a tracking system to ensure affiliates are compensated and supported effectively.

Affiliate Account Collaboration: Develop a comprehensive plan for working with affiliate accounts that we already have. Ensure these partners are well taken care of.

Podcast Booking: Collaborate with podcast booking agent to manage podcast booking efficiently.

KPI Monitoring: Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project and team performance. Use these metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

1) Proven experience in team motivation and project management in a digital company.

2) Familiarity with managing product/service launches and running webinars.
3) Experience with online curriculum development and managing customer feedback.

4) Strong organizational and time-management skills.

5) Ability to meet deadlines and keep the team on track without micromanaging.

6) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7) Proficiency in using analytics to drive decision-making.
