Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager Assistant to support our store managers with projects centered around art, product design, and packaging innovations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in managing complex projects alongside creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist with the coordination and execution of art and design projects, including the creation of visual elements for products and promotional materials.
-Manage the production timeline of product samples, ensuring adherence to quality standards and design specifications.
-Develop and implement creative packaging solutions that reinforce our brand’s identity.
Create and maintain essential project documentation such as spreadsheets, project plans, and progress reports.
-Manage communications and follow-ups via emails, WhatsApp, Discord, and other communication platforms.
-Work closely with managers to create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Organize digital and physical assets for efficient project management.
-Assist in writing and posting job advertisements and creating job descriptions.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Project Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within a retail or design-focused environment.
-Excellent artistic skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Adept at handling multiple communication platforms and administrative tasks efficiently.

Education:

High school diploma required; a degree in Art, Design, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

Schedule:
The job is between 2-5 hours a day, including weekends, but we can reduce weekends to 30min-2 hours.
