Our team is composed of professionals from the US and the Philippines, and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial in driving the success of our projects and ensuring seamless coordination between our US and PH staff members.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects (keeping tabs on a number of longer-term strategic projects, as well as over 50 short-term tasks per week), ensuring they are completed on time and according to scope, in an industry where attention to detail is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work US Central Daylight Time Hours, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
– Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
– Conduct at least daily project status meetings (with different members of the team) and provide updates to stakeholders and management.
– Manage task trackers
-Provide input to leadership on ways to improve processes
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Project Manager with significant time working in this role for another organization.
– Strong understanding of project management software and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
