We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager or assistant to join our team in the field of education innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various projects, including content migration, SEO optimization, AI training, and relationship management with teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the migration of existing courses to YouTube, including hiring SEO experts for video descriptions, organizing videos, and overseeing the creation of engaging thumbnails.
– Extract transcripts from our podcasts and create structured documents to train AI models that support parents in the self-directed education journey.
– Maintain and nurture relationships with our teachers, ensuring they feel supported and deliver exceptional work on our platform.
– Hire and manage freelancers from platforms like Fiverr to complete specific project tasks.
– Identify and utilize appropriate AI tools to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:
– Proven track record of successfully delivering projects independently with minimal supervision.
– Experience in hiring and managing freelancers and contractors.
– Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in project management and content creation.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and teachers.
– Passion for education and a commitment to driving innovation in the field.
– Fluency in English and excellent technical skills, including proficiency in relevant software and platforms.
– Ability to commit most of their time to this project and be fully focused on delivering results.
This is a remote, full-time position with flexible hours and no strict schedule. However, we expect the candidate to be fully dedicated to this project and allocate most of their working hours to it. The starting salary range is $800-1000 per month, with the potential for growth based on performance and expertise. After one year of outstanding contribution, the candidate may be eligible for company shares.
