The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our Flight3 team. As the Project Manager for Client Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and timely delivery of marketing projects for our diverse client base. Your primary focus will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that client work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy/marketing, and design teams, to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
When required, serve as a point of contact between the agency and clients, fostering positive and collaborative relationships, and receiving and relaying briefs and feedback.
Communicate project progress, address client inquiries, and manage expectations effectively.
3. Quality Assurance:
Uphold the agency’s commitment to delivering high-quality work by implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and agency standards.
4. Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Work closely with department heads to ensure that the right talent is assigned to each project based on skills and expertise.
5. Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within the allocated financial constraints.
Identify and communicate any potential budgetary issues in a timely manner.
6. Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize the impact on project timelines and deliverables.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
Generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing project progress and key metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Must have experience as a Project Manager in a marketing agency setting.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoke English.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proficient in project management tools and software, specifically Clickup, Slack and GSuite.
Web3/crypto knowledge is a big plus, but not required.
