Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/ Client Manager to lead the consolidation and optimization of various systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, system integration, client management and a knack for optimizing workflows.
Responsibilities:
– Consolidate multiple systems into one comprehensive CRM platform, including email marketing, sales, tagging, attribution, and document storage.
– Implement Active Campaign and Zoom Phone to streamline communication and sales processes.
– Transfer online training videos from Wistia to for cost-saving measures.
– Transition customer service ticketing from Zendesk to HelpScout for improved efficiency and data tracking.
– Manage the transition from and Slack to for client management and communication.
– Set up individual Trello boards for each client synchronized with a master Trello board using Unito.
– Develop a KPI dashboard similar to 100PF for tracking team KPIs and making data-driven decisions across departments.
– Implement Sales Tracker to monitor KPIs and sales team communication.
– Establish integrations between cop agreement JotForm and Dispute Panda via Zapier for streamlined data management.
– Create a tab on the ILB funding responses with formulas for calculating client funding amounts, reported income, debt management, etc.
– Manage clients in different phases of their subscription and provide financial reporting knowledge as needed.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a tech-oriented environment.
– Strong understanding of CRM systems, email marketing, sales processes, and customer service ticketing systems.
– Proficiency in Active Campaign, Zoom Phone, , and other relevant software.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
– Financial reporting knowledge is a plus.
