Position Overview:

Profitable Tradesmen is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to drive our projects to success. Your expertise in Project Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, and establishing SOPs will play a pivotal role in guiding our teams and ensuring operational excellence. This is a full-time remote position with high-level responsibilities and opportunities for strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategically lead and oversee construction projects throughout their lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting scope requirements, and adhering to budgetary constraints.
Champion the implementation of efficient project management methodologies, processes, and systems, optimizing operational workflows and achieving superior project outcomes.
Exercise financial acumen to manage project budgets, track expenses, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost-effectiveness and fiscal compliance.
Leverage your expertise in quantity surveying and cost estimation to facilitate accurate project budgeting and resource allocation.
Develop and execute comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to elevate our start-up ventures in the UK construction industry, fostering operational efficiency and consistency.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Extensive experience in high-level Project Management roles within the construction industry, particularly in the UK market.
Strong background in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, and developing SOPs for start-up businesses.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
