Saxena Media is a growing digital marketing agency looking to recruit a rockstar PM/CRM. We offer real estate agents a full service lead generation program that grows their business by 1-2 transactions per month or about 300K GCI per year.
The CRM manages the client journey once they come on board.

Excellent English is a MUST (both written and spoken)
Must have experience with all aspects of project management
Must be detail oriented and able to provide and track reports for the customer and for management
Ability to follow our standard SOP regarding lead follow up

Duties:
Monitor customer campaigns daily to ensure KPIs are met
Send reports to management twice per week
Alert management if any issues with meeting KPIs
Successfully complete onboarding calls with clients
Implement onboarding checklist once customer joins
Set up FB ads (creative, copy and targeting provided)
Manage FB ad campaigns
Overall ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level
Ensure high conversion rate from free trials to paid customers
