Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager & Customer Service Specialist who excels in project management, marketing, and customer service. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, ambitious learner with a passion for marketing and a high emotional intelligence (EQ). The perfect candidate will thrive in a challenging environment, overseeing marketing projects, reaching out to customers, and assisting a visionary CEO with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion.
• Follow up with sales clients on behalf of the CEO, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner on phone calls and Zoom meetings.
• Identify ways to improve internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Handle project outlines from the CEO and collaborate with the team to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure all projects and goals are on track, providing regular updates to the CEO.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the CEO, managing communications and nudging clients as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with an inviting and friendly demeanor.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
• Must be willing to work in the USA EST time zone.
