Project Manager for a Design Business (Part Time)

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Are you a highly organized and results-driven individual with a passion for managing design projects and bringing new products to life? We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and oversee the end-to-end process of designing and releasing new products on our website. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating an efficient project management workflow, managing team members, setting deadlines, and ensuring the successful launch of our new products.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a comprehensive project management workflow using Click to view.
Manage a diverse team of individuals, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.
Conduct bi-weekly check-in meetings with team members involved in the design and product release process.
Collaborate with the graphic designer to research new art styles and product ideas.
Oversee the recreation of artwork styles discovered during the research phase.
Coordinate the presentation of artwork on a range of key products.
Work with the graphic designer to create realistic mock-ups of new artwork styles and products.
Liaise with the content creation team, sending samples for photo and video content generation.
Organize all mock-ups, photos, and videos received from the content creation team and hand them over to the CEO.

Requirements:

Proven experience using Click to view or similar project management software.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams comprising individuals with various skillsets.
Track record of working under strict deadlines and delivering projects on time.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead team meetings on camera.
Strong reporting skills, capable of providing progress updates to senior team members.

Additional Preferred Experience:

Background in a graphic design or art-related business.
Previous experience in ecommerce, particularly in print-on-demand businesses.

Qualifications:

Proficient in spoken and written English language.
Availability to work 20 hours per week.
