We are a fast growing US based lead gen agency for Private Equity firms and we are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager who can assist in coordinating and streamlining the workflow amidst various departments.
About this role:
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in planning and scheduling outreach campaigns while coordinating with various teams to ensure they are all working in sync. This position is ideal for anyone who can learn things quickly, wear multiple hats and turn chaos into organized processes.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with various teams (Research, Outreach, Sales, Copywriting, Client Leads/Managers to name a few) to ensure seamless workflow while achieving outreach objectives
– Planning and Managing resources to prioritize tasks & scheduling work for the different teams
– Assist, Coach and Guide team members to perform their respective roles efficiently and without any errors
– Provide project updates and create reports on a regular basis
– Monitor outreach performance and make adjustments where needed
– Assist in building systems and simplifying processes
Ideal Qualifications:
– 4+ years of Project Management experience
– Should have Project Management experience in technology
– Project Management experience in Lead Generation Agency/Digital Marketing Agency/Cold Emailing is preferred
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills
– Strong Organizational skills and a good eye for detail
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Proven track record of building systems and making things more efficient
– Copywriting/Sales experience is preferred
– Ability to work 40+ hours/week (not always, but during tight deadlines)
