, a new venture co-founded by James Stinson and Elif Betul Evicmen, seeks a dynamic and organized Project Manager / Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in helping establish our business operations, including setting up the company in the U.S., Turkey, or Portugal, creating a bank account, and managing various business-related tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with Elif, leveraging AI tools to strategize and execute the best steps forward. This is a remote position, with regular check-ins and meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
**Responsibilities:**
– Assist in setting up the company in the U.S., Turkey, or Portugal, including legal and banking arrangements.
– Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with Elif and AI tools.
– Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
– Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to ensure compliance and proper setup.
– Utilize media and the James and Elif show to promote our products and brand.
– Manage social media accounts, posting daily affirmations and promotional content.
– Track project progress and provide regular updates to James and Elif.
– Facilitate weekly meetings and daily check-ins to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a project manager or assistant in a similar role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Ability to work independently and remotely.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in English; Turkish language skills are a bonus.
– Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business strategy.
– Experience in setting up businesses and bank accounts in the U.S., Turkey, or Portugal is preferred.
