WHO WE ARE:
We are a small brand and marketing company that helps handymen build thriving businesses. We help them build a brand strategy and online presence that attracts their dream clients while also building the marketing funnel and systems to make the day-to-day processes of their business manageable and functional. Our current offers focus on business startup and systemizing, and we are adding a marketing agency offer that helps handyman and home service-based businesses with ongoing marketing tasks that will drive clients to their door.

WHO WE NEED:
We are growing our team to be able to service more clients and are looking for an online business manager or project manager-minded human to help keep projects moving forward and on time. We are looking for a human that takes the initiative and can look at an entire project and take on or delegate tasks to keep the project moving forward. The main focus of this role will be to manage and delegate tasks to our VA, and open up time for the owner,to sell work, do strategy calls and to build the marketing agency side of the business.

We are looking for an OBM/PM For the right candidate this would be a long term contract as we would love to have someone on our team who is excited to grow with us.

HOURS: We will start with 8-10 hours a week, with the goal of more hours as work increases. Would ideally agree upon a consistent day of the week, or 2 half days that you could dedicate to The Handyman System so we know when work is being done.

RATE: $20 an hour as a 1099 contractor.
START DATE: June 2023
