Overview:
As a Project Manager at our digital agency, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of various digital projects. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, coordination, and implementation, with a strong emphasis on creating and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Create detailed project schedules, identifying critical path elements and potential bottlenecks.
Team Coordination:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and other specialists.
Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication between team members.
Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

Develop, document, and continually refine SOPs for project management processes.
Implement and enforce SOPs to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency.
Provide training and support to team members on SOP adherence.
Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Quality Assurance:

Establish and maintain quality standards for deliverables.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure that project outputs meet client expectations and agency standards.
Implement feedback loops to improve processes and deliverables.
Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with clients to define project requirements and expectations.
Budget Management:

Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets.
Monitor project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
