Project Manager for Real Estate Media

Hello Rockstar VA! I own a Real Estate Media company in California. We help Real Estate Agents by creating Photos, Videos, Websites and other marketing for their properties. I’m also building an online course to teach other photographers how to shoot Real Estate Media.

I’m looking for a highly skilled project manager / social media manager with a background in media (photo / video / graphic design / etc). This position could be a part time or full time job, depending on your skillset. The working hours are Daytime US from 8AM – 4PM (Time Zone is GMT -7)

The job requires basic knowledge of photo editing programs like PS and LR.

Project Management tasks include:

• Photo Editing and Quality Control: We have photo and video editors responsible for editing our content. The project manager will check these contents for quality and make simple revisions using photoshop and Lightroom.

• Media Delivery: We have other types of media like virtual tours, floor plans and videos that also need to be checked for quality, revised and delivered to clients.

Social Media Management tasks include:

• Social Media Management: We have 2 Instagram and Facebook accounts for our real estate media and real estate media course. The social media manager will work closely with our team to strategize and plan content, schedule posts, write captions and hashtags with the assistance of ChatGPT.

• YouTube: Create engaging thumbnails. Researching keywords and video tags using Tube Buddy. Uploading videos and writing video descriptions, titles, etc.

• Other tasks: We have a small team and you will be requested to complete other tasks as neded. Completing general research as requested by the team. Creating and uploading Vimeo thumbnails. Maintaining files and organization in our Dropbox account. More tasks within the VAs skill sets may be requested
