Project Manager for Social Media Agency

About the Role:
The role involves managing our team and working closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring that client feedback and resources are shared with the team, and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
The right candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and be capable of managing teams and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the team to ensure project timelines are met
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts
Regularly communicate with clients and provide updates
Proactively check in with clients and ensure their needs are met
Share client feedback and resources with the team
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
Ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of social media management is a plus
