Compensation and Job Commitment Requirement: $5/hr and around 10hr/week (might increase as the company grow)
Availability: Be online and available to assist clients during 12pm – 5pm Pacific Standard time (3am – 8am Philipines Time)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our clients’ administrative tasks, ensure timely execution of social media strategies, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our clients receive the exceptional service they expect from HypeSocial.

Job Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within the marketing industry.
Minimum of 2 years in social media management for real estate or SaaS companies
English: Close to native level English speaking and writing skills with an American accent (C2 level required, below C2 won’t be considered)

Key Responsibilities:
Client Administration: Manage all administrative tasks related to client projects, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Social Media Management and Coordination: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure all content is delivered on time and meets client expectations.
Client Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Project Tracking: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track with deliverables.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, client feedback, and any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
Executive Assistant Duties: Assist with hiring processes and scheduling for the executive team.
