This pivotal role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and deadlines while upholding the highest standards of quality. As the cornerstone of our production process, you will oversee projects from client booking to final delivery, ensuring fluid communication between clients, team members, and third-party vendors.

Job Description:

As our Project Manager, you will orchestrate the entire lifecycle of our production projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery, maintaining budget discipline, and achieving quality benchmarks. This role demands leadership, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all project phases, from initiation through to closure, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality excellence.
Lead and inspire team members, offering feedback, support, and motivation.
Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining consistent and clear communication.
Develop detailed project plans, efficiently allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure effective project execution.
Use Asana to manage projects, tasks, and team schedules, accommodating filming, editing, and meetings.
Proactively manage project scope, identify risks, and resolve issues.
Perform quality control checks to uphold Tell Studios’ standards.
Collaborate with the finance team to run reports on budgeted vs. actual project time, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Foster the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Proficient in managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience, with a preference for backgrounds in creative or production environments.
Proficient with Asana or similar project management tools.
