As Project Manager, you will report directly to the two founders (CEO and COO) and will be responsible for the effective management and continued growth of Taxhackers.
Profit-sharing and ESOPs are possible after a proof-of-performance period of 6–12 months.
We help international “Digital Nomads” (except Americans) and remote workers become tax-free legally by offering a 100% Done-For-You service, taking the burden of paperwork and bureaucracy off their shoulders.
At our core, we are a Tech and Marketing company with heavy automation on the backend. Kind of a hybrid between SaaS and a productized service.
*Core Responsibilities:
1. Providing leadership and direction for a team of 10 full-time staff and contractors across marketing, tech, sales, and customer success departments
2. Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing systems, processes, and personnel to scale efficiently
3. Overseeing performance metrics, financial health, and expansion plans to grow revenue 10X over the next 6 months and 100X in the next 2 years.(Yes, that’s realistic.)
4. Managing and recruiting top talent, as well as developing current team members
5. Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction through oversight of customer success teams
6. Working closely with the CEO on business strategy, marketing, sales, and content initiatives to achieve growth goals
7. Building and nurturing partnerships and affiliate relationships (e.g. hiring partner managers)
8. You are good at finishing things others have already started and prepared.
9. Preparing the company for future fundraising pitches and due diligence
*Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience at a fast-paced startup or small business with a track record of scaling operations.
You are a strategic, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a high-growth environment. Ideally, you are a hybrid of a good manager and a good recruiter (HR). (The main focus is on management, though.)
*Key qualifications include:
1. Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
2. History of achieving tangible growth and operational metrics
3. Ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly and effectively
4. Problem-solver who proactively gets things done without ego and many instructions
5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
6. Experience in hiring, building, and leading remote teams.
7. Experience overseeing marketing, sales, tech, and customer success
8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
9. High follow-up and follow-through energy, getting this done.
10. Knowledge of legal, tax, finance, and/or accounting processes is a plus but not mandatory
11. Sales & Marketing skills and knowledge are a plus, but not mandatory
English level: Fluent (Our C-Level Speaks EN+GER; other key roles also speak FR+RU)
Time Zone: Ideally, Europe, Asia, or Australia. CEO and most of the team are in GMT+8
