Job Summary:
The Project Manager position is a core team member responsible for guiding, supporting and pushing for continuous excellence as our clients progress through our intensive business training programs.

You must love systems and enjoy finding ways to innovate to get the job done efficiently and consistently. Attention to detail and being able to anticipate obstacles in the way before they arise will be the key determining factor for success.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working as a Project Manager and in the longer term, be interested in not only learning our 7-Figure Freedom Methodology for scaling multiple 6-figure businesses into the 7-figures and beyond but also be willing to work directly with our clients to install and run our methodology inside their businesses successfully.

In this position, you must be excellent at managing multiple projects at once, working with different team members while meeting deadlines, and keeping the CEO well-informed on progress.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines and have at least 3 years of previous online project management experience in a dynamic organization.

Experience you must have:
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
– Minimum of 3 years of online project manager experience

Project Manager Tasks of this Role:
– Develop comprehensive project overviews to assist in the implementation of CEOs’ ideas
– Build out projects in Trello and assign tasks to team members
– Keep the team accountable for tasks assigned to them
– Meet project deadlines and milestones.
– Build out the SOP library.
– Liaison with external vendors, e.g., funnel development, live event logistics, website development, summit production, etc.
– Maintain systems and processes that have recently been formulated.
– Assist with hiring and training as needed.

Compensation:
$15-$18 USD/hour depending on experience
