Project Manager Job Alert! (Full-time) WFH

We are seeking a dedicated full-time freelance contractor to collaborate with one of our clients. In this role, you will oversee all project deliverables for a business group, client, or team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the quality of work produced and delivered to both internal and external clients. You’ll be instrumental in facilitating organizational flow across all business disciplines, supporting the Chief of Staff in creating seamless processes, and managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all project deliverables for a business group, client, or team.
Ensure the quality of work produced and delivered to clients (internal and external).
Facilitate organizational flow across all business disciplines.
Support the Chief of Staff in developing processes for seamless multi-client deliverables.
Inspire and engage the team to utilize the latest methods and tools within platforms like Wrike and Asana.
Collaborate closely with brand managers and the Creative team to identify optimal solutions for clients’ business problems.
Build strong relationships with clients at various levels.
Facilitate creative consultations with account teams to ensure strategies align with client needs.
Partner with brand managers and Creative to seek, enhance, and expand deliverables.
Manage input adequacy, schedules, budgets, production support, reviews, and client presentations.
Report to the Senior Director of Consumer Sales and the CMO, providing valuable insights from sales data to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
Expertise with project tools like Asana, Wrike, or Basecamp is required.
Minimum of 3 years of eCommerce project management experience, with agency experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced deliverable organization (agency or in-house environment) with client engagement and management experience.
Proven success in delivering multiple high-quality deliverables.
Proven history of client engagement, including presentations and feedback collection.
About the Role:

Full-time position at $12/hr, working 40 hours per week.
Night shifts with fixed weekends off.
