Role Overview:
As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our architectural home building projects to success, from inception to completion. Supported by a dedicated Project Executive, you will lead your team in meeting and exceeding project objectives and KPIs across all phases, including engineering, design, fabrication, installation, and more.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Establishing and maintaining robust client relationships based on trust and integrity.
Excelling in project delivery, ensuring on-time and quality completions.
Spearheading client meetings, tender preparations, and submissions.
Guiding less experienced team members, fostering professional growth.
Diligently managing project finances, contracts, and negotiations to ensure the project’s commercial success.
Who We Are Looking For:
Minimum three (3) years of project management experience in the construction/ Architecture/ Engineering sector, must specifically have experience in residential home design and construction to be considered for an interview.
A bachelor’s degree in Building, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
A champion in BuilderTrend software and proficient in other project management tools.
An exceptional communicator with a customer-first mindset.
