The Project Manager position will oversee all the projects for the marketing team. We are looking for people who enjoy working with a team while developing themselves professionally. We are embarking on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers.

Responsibilities

Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity tracking research publications, and team’s participation in industry events
Serve as a project-level subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
Develop project plans that lays out an approach and timeline to reach our marketing & web goals. (this includes e-commerce plans, campaigns, marketing materials, and trade show planning)
There will be some projects assigned to you that are not well-defined. In these cases, brainstorm and propose a solution that can be implemented.
Leverage internal tools for planning and execution (e.g., Jira, Excel, G-Suite, etc.) providing visibility and accountability for project team members.
Oversee daily operations through collaboration with other team members to confirm that the scheduled goals for the day are on track to reach our overall project goals
Serve as a project-level subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
Tradeshows gather participant/exhibitor information through Excel or other streamlined mechanisms.
Coordinate Communication information to participants about events/tradeshows
Provide regular updates to the roster of projects/programs/events you manage so there is visibility and understanding.
Document all processes and apply continuous improvement.
Keep track of Marketing budget, give progress reports
Ensure quality written and verbal communication that is clear and concise.
In partnership with the marketing team, strengthen and maintain cross-functional workflows between web, paid social, and other departments to ensure all activations reach their max potential; Leverage market analytics and research data to maximize content relevance and customer engagement
Serve as the central point of communication for multiple concurrent projects ensuring all team members are on track with deliverables, providing project updates, identifying and troubleshoot timeline risks, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy against project scopes
Standardize Quality Assurance processes across workstreams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
Be proactive in planning ahead for all possible scenarios

Qualifications

Set priorities, track work, be transparent
Effective at looking at data to inform an approach or decision
Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create, and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results
4+ years of experience in a related field
Proficient in Jira, G-suite, Excel
Bachelor’s degree
Great speech and written communication (English)
Understanding of marketing is a plus
