We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role that’s required to ensure the smooth delivery of client projects and ultimately the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take charge of the day-to-day management of various client projects, including planning tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Managing risks associated with projects.
* Ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
* Motivating and leading the project team.
* Keeping projects on track regarding time and budget.
* Adapting to project changes as required.
* Ensuring project outcomes align with expected results and benefits.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in operations management in a marketing agency environment is essential.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with the podcasting industry is a plus.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
