We are looking for an experienced Project Manager + Media Buyer who will oversee projects from initiation to completion and has already mastered the craft of advertising campaigns and executing media buying initiatives to join our team at UpSell, a Singaporean company.
This is a day shift job since the Philippines is in the same time zone as Singapore. If you are seeking a day job, this is the perfect opportunity for you to apply. You will work closely with our CEO/Director to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the desired objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage social media posts, liaise with graphic designers to push projects forward, and run advertisements on the Facebook ads platform (minimum 1 year of experience).
Create project plans, develop schedules, allocate resources, and determine the project’s scope.
Coordinate advertising campaigns, oversee media budgets, and liaise with advertising agencies or vendors.
Ensure the successful execution of media buying initiatives while adhering to project management principles.
Analyze target audiences, select appropriate media channels, negotiate pricing and contracts, and monitor campaign performance.
Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various social media channels.
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and media vendors to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
Negotiate media contracts, pricing, and placement to optimize advertising budgets and achieve campaign objectives.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologies to recommend innovative approaches for campaign optimization.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Media Buyer in an advertising agency, media company, or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and optimization across different channels.
Familiarity with media research tools, market trends, and audience targeting techniques.
Proficiency in using advertising platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on delivering results.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary:
