Role Overview.

As a Project Manager at DigitalDNA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various client projects. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities.

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources. Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and project requirements.
Team Management: Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Monitor the progression of tasks and ensure team members meet deadlines.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client success managers, providing updates on project status, addressing any issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet the agency’s standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Budget Management: Track project expenses and manage budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, progress, and any concerns.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Common Tasks.

Assigning web design and development projects to designers and developers.
Coordinating video production and editing schedules with the creative team.
Overseeing graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with client branding.
Managing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead generation, and social media marketing.
Collaborating with the SEO team to ensure optimal website performance and search engine ranking.
Monitoring and optimizing Facebook and Google ad campaigns for lead generation.
Communicating with client success managers to provide updates and gather client feedback.

Qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or digital agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including web design, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or GoHighLevel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and interact with clients effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
