Job Description:
As the Online Course Project Manager at Madrigal Network, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of online course production, from concept to delivery. You will play a critical role in managing stakeholders, budgets, and ensuring compliance with state-specific requirements. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams, maintain project timelines, and drive courses to successful completion will be key to your success in this role. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Production Management: Lead the end-to-end course production process, including course development, writing, and multimedia content creation, ensuring high-quality course delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness while delivering exceptional course quality.
State Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state-specific educational requirements and regulations, ensuring all courses meet the necessary approvals and compliance standards.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget course delivery.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of course content and delivery.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Approval Process: Work closely with state education authorities to obtain necessary approvals for course offerings.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of course developers, content creators, and project coordinators.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in project management, education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-Proven experience as a Project Manager
-Strong knowledge of online course development processes and best practices.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Exceptional English communication and writing skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
-Proficiency in project management tools and software.
-Familiarity with state-specific education requirements is a plus.
