ABOUT US:
We’re a fun and creative US based company looking for an awesome Project/Operations Manager to join our growing remote team.
EXPERIENCE + SKILLS NEEDED:
Must have a minimum 2+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management:
-Manage/Update inventory with our US based 3PL system
-Manage our non-profit donations
-Manage/reply to escalated tickets within Gorgias
-Respond to online reviews on our site and trustpilot, Amazon etc.
-Respond to messages on Facebook as needed
-Good English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing (writing needs to feel like native English speaker)
***Ideally you have done this type of job for another Shopify store/ecommerce brand and you are VERY organized. Candidates with this skill will stand out especially.)
