Are you ready to soar to new heights? , an enterprise-level aerial photography company, is seeking a dynamic Virtual Assistant to join our team. As the Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in project management and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your proficiency in various software tools will be essential for efficient workflow and automation. So, let’s dive into the details!

You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you or train you online and record the session. You will also shadow me at the start to get a feel for the job and how I work. But soon after you’ll start your own tasks.

Responsibilities:

– Project Management: Utilize Smart Sheet to organize and track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Coordinate with the photographers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

– Outlook Email Management: Handle email correspondence, responding to client inquiries, managing appointments, and maintaining effective communication with our photographers.

– Photo Editing: Utilize Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to enhance and retouch aerial photographs, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.

– File Management: Utilize Dropbox and other photography file management systems to organize and store project files, ensuring easy access for team members and clients.

– Geographic Mapping: Utilize Google Maps and Google Earth to assist in mapping and location-based research for project planning.

– Administrative Tasks: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and creating reports.

– Marketing Support: Utilize Mailchimp to assist in creating and distributing engaging newsletters and email campaigns to our client base.

This is a long-term full-time (40 hours per week) position, so your responsibilities will eventually involve interacting directly with business clients and managing larger and more complex projects and responsibilities.

Perks:
• You can work whenever you want. Your hours are somewhat flexible but will have to overlap at least 50% with mine (MTN time).
• You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid for those hours.
