Project Manager (Remote)

This remote position is open to global candidates with substantial experience in project management within the SaaS sector. The ideal candidate will manage multiple project streams, including our hiring and onboarding processes, social media strategies, and various outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage multiple projects across various teams, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.
– Oversee the hiring process, from job description creation to candidate selection, ensuring a fit with company culture and project needs.
– Streamline the onboarding process for new hires to foster quick assimilation and productivity.
– Direct the social media manager and their strategies, enhancing our digital presence and audience engagement.
– Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, reducing unnecessary distractions and allowing teams to focus on their core responsibilities.
– Manage projects that include email campaign strategies, outreach efforts, and continuous progress tracking.
– Ensure all projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:
– Extensive experience in project management, specifically within a SaaS company.
– Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English.
– Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
– Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Asana) and social media platforms.
