Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week) with the potential to become full-time

The Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate our creative projects from conception to completion. This role involves close collaboration with the Director, Editors, and Clients to ensure our projects exceed expectations. Responsibilities
Manage project administration and organization.
Handle data and file management using Dropbox and Google Drive.
Create production outlines and sales pitch decks.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client communication.
Manage calendars, production schedules, and appointments.
Oversee invoicing and CRM management.
Attend weekly team meetings and remain responsive during PST working hours.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Deep understanding of video formats, codecs, project workflow, video marketing, customer service, outline, and scriptwriting.
Proficiency in Monday, Dropbox, Google Workspace, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Calendly, Zoom, and ChatGPT.
Ability to work flexibly but be available for weekly team meetings and responsive during PST working hours.
Familiarity with Southern California culture and lexicon is beneficial.
