Project Manager-Scrum Master

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced moving company. Our organization frequently manages multiple projects simultaneously, making this role pivotal to our success. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who possesses the following qualifications and abilities:

Position: Project Manager (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Effectively oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within established timelines.

Communication Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear and concise communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Click to view, and Google Worksheets, with a proven ability to utilize these tools for efficient project tracking and collaboration.

Microsoft Office Suite: Adeptness in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create comprehensive project reports and presentations.

Visual Representation: Experience with tools like Lucidchart to visually map out project components and their interdependencies, fostering a better understanding of project workflows.

Basic Development Skills: A fundamental understanding of development technologies, including PHP, HTML, and CSS, to effectively collaborate with our development team.

Team Leadership: A track record of leading and managing development teams for at least 5 years, demonstrating the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide team members towards project success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
