Job Title: Social Media Marketing Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager with expertise in social media or agency experience to excel in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with social media managers, social ad managers, and consultants, you’ll identify the necessary skills and resources for timely, budget-friendly project completion. A dependable Internet connection is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate transparent communication between the administrative team and the implementation team through well-structured meeting agendas.
2. Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Social Ad Managers, and Strategists to outline task requirements for strategy implementation, ensuring tasks are organized and actionable within ClickUp.
3. Ensure client requests are relayed clearly to the team, and timelines are comprehensively understood or renegotiated when necessary.
4. Effectively manage and support the team, proactively assisting in overcoming challenges.
5. Supervise projects from inception to completion, conducting thorough reviews.
6. Establish streamlined processes within the team to foster a cooperative working environment, enabling effective problem-solving.
7. Prepare and analyze reports to monitor portfolio health.
8. Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and documentation to facilitate successful implementation for clients.
9. Liaise with cross-disciplinary team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
10. Oversee all the details of onboarding new clients to ensure a seamless transition into our services.
