We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our software development team in delivering high-quality SaaS marketing solutions. This role is crucial to our growth and will report directly to our Co-Founders. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of our software stack, and a proven ability to manage and motivate a full-stack development team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
– Manage Development Team: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers to achieve project goals.
– Code Deployment: Oversee and manage code pushes, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment.
– Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks to ensure the reliability and performance of our software.
– Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success team to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
– Project Management: Utilize Microsoft Planner for task management and project tracking.
– Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team and stakeholders via Microsoft Teams.
– Integration Management: Work with engineers and support teams from major corporations such as Google, Apple, and Facebook to manage API integrations.
– Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly to prevent project delays.
– Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress and team performance to the Co-Founders.
Required Experience and Skills
– Project Management Tools: Proficient in using Microsoft Planner.
– Communication Tools: Experienced in using Microsoft Teams for team communication and collaboration.
– Software Stack:
– Must have experience with GitHub.
– Proficiency in Laravel, PHP, Blade, JavaScript, CSS, and related technologies.
– Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Mountain Time.
– Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
– Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
– Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
– Previous Experience: Experience managing a software development team in a SaaS environment.
– Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of API integrations and working with large corporations’ engineering teams.
– Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
