We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in software development, customer service, marketing, and WordPress development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also ensuring high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
– Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
– Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
– Utilize Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Teams for all project management activities.
2. Team Leadership:
– Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including software developers, customer service representatives, marketers, and WordPress developers.
– Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
– Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
– Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
– Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
– Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
4. Risk Management:
– Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality.
– Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies.
5. Quality Assurance:
– Ensure all projects meet quality standards and business requirements.
– Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.
6. Performance Monitoring:
– Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
– Report and escalate to management as needed.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
– Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
– Prepare detailed project reports for executive management.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years managing cross-functional teams.
– Strong understanding of software development life cycles, customer service operations, marketing strategies, and WordPress development.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Teams.
– Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
