Continuously refine delivery methods based on participant feedback and evolving learning trends.
Embrace Technology:
Stay at the forefront of training technologies and suggest innovative tools for an enriched learning experience.
Explore and implement e-learning platforms to make training accessible and effective.
Evaluate Impact:
Implement robust assessment tools to measure the impact of training programs.
Collect valuable feedback to refine and enhance training initiatives continuously.
Collaborate Effectively:
Work collaboratively with department heads, subject matter experts, and HR to align training programs with organizational strategies.
Budgeting Mastery:
Manage the training budget efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization for high-quality programs.
Stay Compliant:
Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure our training meets requirements.
Data-Driven Insights:
Generate regular reports on training effectiveness, participation, and key metrics for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in Learning and Development – Training Manager or a similar role.
A deep understanding of adult learning principles and innovative instructional design methodologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams.
Proficient in using training technology and learning management systems.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Certification in Training and Development is highly desirable.
