Project Manager – Team Leader

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 8 individuals, with a focus on overseeing the web design and development projects. Additionally, the Project Manager will ensure team members’ adherence to schedules, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle days off requests, and facilitate weekly meetings with management.

Key Responsibilities:

The Team leader/project manager job is divided in two parts.
One is to make sure all check attendance on our skype group, as well if they need to request days off, etc. The second is to oversee the tasks on our task system, assigning them to the team, follow up, make sure they are done, and then do a quality control making sure the task is completed on time, properly, and there are no issues.
Team Management:

Lead and motivate a team of 4, primarily focusing on web design and development.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, identify potential issues, and plan next steps.
Task System Oversight:

Utilize the company’s task management system to assign, track, and report on project tasks and progress.
Ensure all team members are effectively using the task system and adhering to project schedules.
Attendance and Leave Management:

Monitor and manage team check-ins and check-outs.
Handle and approve days off requests.
Ensure accurate recording of attendance and leave.
Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with developers, senior management, and clients.
Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all project deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Weekly Management Meetings:

Facilitate and participate in weekly meetings with senior management every Monday.
Discuss project progress, team performance, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
Proven experience managing a team of developers and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
