Project Manager (Tech)

At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple product deployment projects from kickoff through completion. The Project Manager will ensure projects adhere to timelines, scope, and quality standards while facilitating effective collaboration among stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with product managers, design teams, and development teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
-Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, identifying key deliverables such as staging availability and soft launch dates.
-Establish and maintain effective communication channels (e.g., Slack, stand-ups) and workflows to facilitate collaboration and transparency among project stakeholders.
-Provide support by answering engineering questions throughout the development phase.
Keep project documentation and product requirements up to date in Notion with any changes throughout the development process.
-Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders at various project stages to ensure their needs and expectations are met, keeping them informed on timelines.
-Work with Product Operations to establish a soft rollout plan and a full rollout plan.
-Collaborate with the QA engineer and conduct testing of all features, tracking and prioritizing feature bugs, and determining which issues are launch blockers.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline deployment processes, enhance productivity, and optimize project management methodologies.
-Create and manage a program for scheduling user interviews throughout the development process, leveraging insights from our AI note-taking tool to collect, distill, and present user feedback.

We’re looking for:
-4-5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a product development or software deployment context.
-Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
-Basic understanding of UI/UX design. Ideally has experience with Figma.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, resolve issues, and make informed decisions.
-Proven track record of collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project details and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
-Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Meticulous attention to detail to ensure project documentation is accurate and projects adhere to quality standards.
