Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing and Sales Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a variety of tasks related to client interaction, project management, and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be adept at scheduling appointments, communicating with leads and potential clients, managing emails and calendars, and creating growth strategies. They should also be proficient in handling sales call preparations, coordinating weekly sales meetings, and overseeing email marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage Close CRM inbox for lead or client communication.
Use provided templates for email responses and notify the supervisor for untemplated queries.
Maintain and organize calendars, ensuring no conflicting bookings.
Develop and implement growth strategies.
Handle email communications related to booked meetings and follow-ups.
Manage email sender consistency and clean up email lists in Close CRM.
Create and add new email templates as needed.
Monitor connected emails for consistency.
Design occasional graphics for leads and clients.
Manage email marketing projects for clients.
Create and manage tasks in ClickUp based on assignments.
Prepare for sales calls and coordinate weekly sales meetings.
Monitor LinkedIn for potential leads and actions.
Use proxies for logging into various systems on behalf of the agency.
Conduct monthly sales reports and snapshots of client accounts.
Daily check of emails, management of lead follow-ups, and updating records in and ClickUp.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in CRM software, particularly .
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
Ability to create basic graphics and presentations.
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Experience with proxy use for secure logins.
Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales or marketing project management.
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and ClickUp.
Basic understanding of sales metrics and commission calculations.
This role requires a blend of technical know-how, creativity, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and clients
