Project Manager/VA

**Preference will be given to applicants who provide actual examples of experience in desirable skills and tasks in the application letter – I am not expecting anybody to tick all boxes, but as many as possible will obviously be a positive**

A great opportunity for recent graduate or experienced professional looking to learn all about growing a website from scratch to generating 7 figures per year.

Primarily I’m looking for somebody to assist with one specific digital project, but also somebody to take on other tasks (both business and personal) that will allow me to focus on the more important items.

My primary requirement for this role is raw intelligence alongside very good written and verbal English skills, solid common sense levels, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. I’m looking for somebody to throw themself in to the role, take real pride in their work and become an indispensable asset to my business operations.

Desirable skills:
Proven experience of SEO – content writing, technical SEO (onpage), link building etc – will be a strong plus.
Process creation and management – establishing and documenting processes, ultimately to hand down to other team members.
Strong WordPress experience.
A techincal mindset.
Social media page management, building engaged followers.
Some HTML knowledge would be a massive plus.
Strong numerical ability.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong Excel skills.
An analytical, data focused mindset.
Knowledge and a keen interest in furniture will also be a plus as that is the essence of the main project I need support with.

The type of tasks that you will be processing: (largely wordpress based but also excel)
Processing product data feeds, mapping products to categories on a furniture website.
Applying to new affiliate partners and creating a process to onboard them,
Editing, rewriting and fine tuning content from an SEO perspective.
Using AI tools to create base content before perfecting when required.
Identifying bugs and working with dev to fix.
Building out email campaigns
Finding and adding images through wordpress.
Building out social media profiles and overseeing.

The successful candidate will be working very closely with somebody with 15 years+ of successful digital experience, working in a laid back environment but expected to push themselves to do better everyday and develop their skills to become a real asset.
