Project Manager (Virtual Assistant)

1015 Property Ltd is a UK property investment company based in Hong Kong. We also release a weekly podcast, Expat Property Story, hosted by our founder, John.
Since 2018, we have been building a portfolio of properties in various locations in the UK and are now scaling our business and expanding our portfolio.
Our business model is to buy 3 bed houses and develop them into 6 bed Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) to rent out to young professionals on a room-by-room basis.
Our vision is to grow our portfolio to provide quality accommodation for 200+ tenants.

Overview of the Role
This is a really exciting opportunity to be involved in the growth not just of the business but of you as our first hire. As the company grows our aim is for you to grow with it.
You do not have to have experience in property, but you MUST be a quick learner, and ALWAYS BE hard-working, humble, and honest. This is an administrative role, so you must be highly organised, reliable, and quick to show initiative. You must also be willing to take on feedback.
Your duties would include, but not be limited to the following:
Property Purchase progression tasks, chasing solicitors, finance brokers, agents etc.
Podcast outreach: Finding guests for the podcast and podcasts for John to appear on.
Uploading receipts and invoices to be updated by the bookkeeper
Email inbox management.
Responding to Emails.
Filing (Property purchase documents / Landlord statements / Invoices / Insurance Documents etc.).

Role requirements
Administration Management
Ability to work 4 hours per day Monday to Friday 4 – 8 pm (Philippine time)
You must have an excellent quality internet connection that can accommodate calls on Zoom and ensure quality on VOIP as required.
You will need to have excellent English speaking and writing, be able to effectively chase relevant parties such as solicitors, finance brokers, agents etc.
You must have exceptional organisational, time management, calendar management and online research skills

Work experience:
Property industry experience preferable, but not essential.
2 years+ administrative experience
Language skills:
Excellent spoken and written English. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and via email.
PC skills/System knowledge:
Google Workspace / Google Drive / Google Docs / Calendly. Experience of Asana, Squarespace preferable but not essential.
