Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in both web development and design to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage projects related to website development, design, and technical SEO, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, a deep understanding of web technologies, and proficiency in design principles. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to deliver projects that meet both client and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage end-to-end web and design projects, ensuring delivery within established timelines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to drive project success.
Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Technical SEO:
Perform comprehensive technical SEO website audits to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct keyword research to optimize content and improve search engine rankings.
Provide strategic recommendations for site enhancements and execute approved strategies to optimize web performance.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee and implement a diverse range of digital marketing activities for clients.
Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
Manage marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and optimize websites for improved user experience and conversion rates.
Oversee PPC advertising and social media marketing campaigns to meet client objectives.
Web Development:
Coordinate web development projects, working closely with developers to deliver high-quality websites.
Ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with best practices in web development.
Efficiently overseeing server maintenance and ensuring top-notch quality assurance for both design and web development to optimize overall performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Design, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in web and design projects.
Strong background in technical SEO, with a successful track record of improving search engine rankings.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC advertising, and social media.
Familiarity with web development processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
