We are Brivity VA, the newest division of The Ben Kinney Companies, and we’re looking for an experienced project manager who will guide both our new and existing Customers through web design & development projects that differentiate their business online and grow their qualified leads! The ideal candidate for this position is organized, collaborative, a strategic planner who is conscious of scope and timelines, and highly customer focused.
Job Responsibilities
– Establish project scope based on client’s budget, business, technical, creative, and strategic goals
– Expertly prepare for all client meetings and lead all calls with investment, energy, and enthusiasm
– Ensure project/updates scope is clearly defined to client and internally and that work is done on time and within budget
– Gather content from client as needed and make sure client is fully aware of what is needed when to avoid project delays
– Serve as the liaison between the creative team and the client to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables, field feedback, and more
– Work with design team to make sure that client vision is accurately represented in designs created/presented
– Create successfully achieved project timelines that define expected completion dates, milestones, and who is responsible for each task
– Take full ownership on all account activities to be the single point of contact both internally and to client
– Create requirements documents, design specifications, technical specifications, project schedules, project documentation, and other deliverables
– Take ownership of QA testing to make sure work being done by the team is meeting or exceeding client’s expectations
Job Qualifications
– 2+ years of project management experience in web design & development
– Leadership ability to effectively prepare, meet, present, and manage client calls
– Proficiency with WordPress
– Previous experience working at a digital agency or consulting firm is preferred
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
– Ability to work independently following the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
