Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a passion for video storytelling and a knack for creative thinking to join us full-time. Your role involves overseeing video marketing projects, coordinating our international creative team, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee video projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Supervise the international creative team while fostering productivity.
• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Optimize processes using tools like Slack and GoHighLevel.
Qualifications:
• Proven project management experience, ideally in a creative agency.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as , Asana, or ClickUp.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (C2 level).
• Fast and reliable internet service.
• Experience with video production projects is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of social media strategies and platforms.
