Project Manager with Marketing Expertise

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in marketing to join our team. This role
involves overseeing and coordinating various projects related to client communication, contractor
coordination, and project management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication
skills, be tech-savvy, and have experience in managing various software applications. In addition, strong
command of the English language, particularly for written communication, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Email and Communication Management: Monitor and manage company emails, company WhatsApp
chat, and coordinate client and contractor communication.
Project Task Management: Assign tasks to the appropriate team members, ensure that deadlines are
met, and maintain a detailed project schedule.
Client and Contractor Follow-Up: Keep track of projects in progress, ensure timely communication with
contractors, and obtain feedback or approvals from clients.
Software Management: A genuine knack for technology is required to succeed in this position. The role
requires the ability to leverage multiple softwares simultaneously.

Key Qualifications:

Marketing Experience: The candidate should have prior experience in marketing, enabling them to make
marketing-related decisions and provide insights.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in various software applications, such as Asana, Shopify, WordPress, and other
project management tools, is highly desirable. The ability to adapt and learn new software is required.
Communication Skills: The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clear and accurate communication is crucial for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
Project Management: The role involves managing and overseeing various projects. Experience in project
management, including setting priorities, ensuring deadlines are met, and coordinating tasks, is
required.
Ownership and Leadership: The ideal candidate should be proactive and demonstrate ownership of
their tasks. They should have the ability to make decisions and take responsibility when needed.
