Position Overview:
The Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all ongoing development projects within the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and team members. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in project management, with proven leadership skills and experience in Agile methodologies. Strong English speaking and writing skills a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all ongoing development projects within the organization, from initiation to completion.
• Communicate regularly with the CEO and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success, including budgeting and resource management.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
• Proactively address issues and obstacles encountered during project execution, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain project management methodologies, with a focus on Agile practices.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting quality standards.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain organized project documentation and reports for reference and future analysis.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Demonstrate leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

• 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Mon-Thurs
• 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Friday
• No weekend work
• You will work to UK times to be available to our European office.
