Translayte was launched in July 2018, is fully remote and is dedicated to offering quality translation services at affordable prices and fast turnaround. To achieve this, we’re looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our fast-growing team to help deliver great customer service and project support to the thousands of individuals and businesses that use our services.
The Role
Translayte is recruiting a Project Assist to help deliver customer orders accurately, profitably and on time. The following are key activities that you will undertake as part of the role:
1. Processing documents received from translators and certifying them, using Microsoft Word and Acrobat PDF.
2. Checking Source & Target documents in multiple languages to ensure they are error free.
3. Making changes to translated documents in line with customer feedback.
4. Conducting DTP (desktop publishing) changes on Documents to correct Layout and Formatting.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
1. Experience working in an Administrative or Document Processing role.
2. Experience delivering service to customers or vendors remotely.
3. Experience in a Customer Support or Project Delivery role.
4. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
5. Knowledge or experience working within the Language Services industry is desirable, but not essential.
6. Ability to work remotely, and on the shift agreed. Shifts are from 8 am – 4 pm or 4 pm – 12 am.
7. Remote working set up, including access to a Laptop and fast Broadband Connection
